What we will delete
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account (email, profile, and login credentials)
- Your predictions and prediction history
- Your preferences (e.g. favourite leagues)
- Any other data we hold that is associated with your account
This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your data or restore your account.
How to request deletion
Use the form below to send a deletion request to our support team. We will process your request in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You can also email us directly at support@velvetscore.online with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address linked to your account.

Fill in the details below. When you submit, your default email client will open with a pre-filled message. Send that email to complete your request.
After you submit
We will confirm receipt and process your request within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days). We may contact you from support@velvetscore.online if we need to verify your identity before deleting your account.
